Follow the storage information published on the product page and in the documentation supplied with the lot. Where no storage information is published for a material, contact support before storing it.

Quality & Testing

Where can I find a COA?

Each product page shows the documentation for its current batch. The Lab Results page lets you search every published lot, including archived ones, and view or download the certificate of analysis. Where a batch has not yet been published, the page says documentation is pending.

How do I find my lot number?

The lot number is printed on the vial label and appears on your packing documentation when batch data exists. If you cannot locate it, search Lab Results by product name or SKU and contact support with your order number.

What does the COA apply to?

A COA applies only to the lot it names. It describes the analytical results reported for that lot and should not be read as describing any other lot.

Can I change an order?
