Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is submitted. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $250 or more. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Receipt and Storage

Inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. Research materials should be transferred to the storage conditions specified on the applicable product page or product label as soon as possible after receipt.
