These terms govern purchases from avivium.com, operated by Avivium (“Avivium”).

Eligibility and research use

You must be at least 21 years of age and purchasing for legitimate laboratory research. Materials are not for human or veterinary use or consumption, and must not be used for food, drug, cosmetic, diagnostic or household purposes.

Orders and pricing

Prices, shipping and taxes are shown before you pay. An order is accepted when Avivium confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order that does not meet these terms, and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

Documentation

Certificates of analysis apply only to the lot they name. Documentation is provided for the purchaser’s reference and is not a statement about any use of the material.

Prohibited conduct

• Reselling or distributing materials for human or animal use.
• Providing false information at checkout or in the research-use confirmation.
• Using the site to make claims about the therapeutic effect of Avivium materials.

Disclaimer and limitation

Materials are supplied for research and without any representation of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Avivium is not liable for use of materials contrary to these terms.
