Returns & Refund Policy

Damaged or incorrect orders

  1. Email support@avivium.com or use the Contact page, with your order number.
  2. Include photographs of the outer packaging, the product label and, if applicable, the packing slip.
  3. We review the report and reply with next steps.

Returns and refunds

Because materials are supplied for laboratory research, returns are assessed individually when you contact support. Eligibility and the refund method are confirmed in writing by support before anything is shipped back.

Cancelled orders

If an order is cancelled by Avivium, the full amount charged is refunded to the original payment method.
