Our Standards
Product identity
Each material is listed by its scientific name. We do not rename compounds or use alternate names to change how a product is described or categorised.
Batch records
Every lot is recorded separately with the product, SKU, lot number, test date, testing laboratory, methods, and the certificate of analysis. A product page displays the record of its current batch and nothing else.
Analytical documentation
Results are published as reported by the testing laboratory. Purity and identity values are never typed into product copy; they appear only when attached to a batch record.
Traceability
A lot number connects a vial to its certificate. Lab Results can be searched by product, SKU, lot or batch number, and each lot has a permanent page that label QR codes resolve to.
Storage
Storage and handling information appears on a product page only when it comes from a verified source. Where none is published, contact support before storing the material.
Record retention and COA availability
Archived batches remain searchable. A certificate stays available for as long as its lot record exists, and superseded lots are retained rather than deleted.
